Tempo Dental Staffing, LLC (“Tempo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, use our mobile application or web portal, submit an application, request staffing services, schedule an interview, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Tempo.By using Tempo’s website, app, web portal, staffing platform, or related services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Tempo’s website, mobile application, web portal, client portal, professional/applicant portal, SMS/MMS text messaging, phone communications, email communications, chat and support tools, interview scheduling, onboarding, payroll and employment administration, credentialing, and related staffing services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, third-party services, or client dental practice systems that Tempo does not control. Client dental practices remain responsible for their own patient privacy, HIPAA, clinical, workplace, and employment compliance obligations.


2. Information We Collect.
We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you interact with Tempo:
* Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business address, username, password, role, preferences, login activity, and account settings.
* Professional and application information: resume, work history, education, availability, experience, skills, licenses, certifications, credential documents, references, profile photo, professional summary, employment preferences, and onboarding information.
* Employment, payroll, and tax information: information needed for W-2 employment, payroll, wage reporting, tax withholding, work authorization, I-9 administration, time records, assignment records, and related employment records.
* Screening and verification information: background check authorization status, background screening results where permitted by law, public records search information, license verification, credentialing information, and reference check information.* Client and practice information: practice name, business contacts, practice address, assignment locations, staffing needs, shift requests, requested qualifications, billing contacts, payment status, and client preferences.
* Payment and billing information: payment method details submitted through a payment processor, transaction references, invoices, billing history, account balances, and payment status. Tempo does not store full card numbers when payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
* Communications: emails, SMS/MMS messages, phone calls, voicemails, chat messages, portal messages, support requests, interview scheduling information, and related communication history.
* Device, usage, location, and security information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, device identifiers, user or account ID, pages or features used, product interaction, timestamps, authentication logs, crash data, diagnostics, error reports, approximate or precise device location when enabled through the app, device settings, or platform functionality, and similar information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, and improve the services.
* Consent and acceptance records: records showing acceptance of policies, terms, electronic signatures, SMS opt-in, version accepted, timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information associated with consent.


3. How We Use Information
* Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts.
* Review applications and coordinate recruiting, interviews, credentialing, onboarding, assignments, and staffing opportunities.
* Provide W-2 employment administration, payroll, tax, timekeeping, work authorization, workers’ compensation, insurance, and related recordkeeping.
* Coordinate client staffing requests, shift confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, billing, and account support.
* Communicate by email, phone, voicemail, SMS/MMS, push notification, chat, app, web portal, and other service-related channels.
* Personalize the user experience, including displaying user names, role-specific content, profile details, preferences, relevant opportunities, app settings, and other information tailored to the user’s account or activity.
* Process payments, maintain billing records, collect amounts owed, and administer payment methods on file.* Conduct background screening, public records searches, credential verification, reference checks, and compliance reviews where permitted and with required authorization when applicable.
* Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website, app, web portal, staffing platform, and related services.* Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, unsafe activity, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
* Comply with legal, tax, employment, payroll, insurance, credentialing, safety, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.


4. W-2 Employment and Application Records
Tempo is a Texas W-2 staffing company. Temporary dental professionals who are hired and assigned through Tempo are W-2 employees of Tempo unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Tempo may collect and retain employment, payroll, tax, credentialing, onboarding, assignment, timekeeping, safety, insurance, and compliance records as needed to administer employment and staffing services.

Submitting an application, creating an account, completing onboarding, or accepting electronic communications does not guarantee employment, an interview, an assignment, or continued assignment opportunities.


5. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Consent
Tempo may send SMS/MMS text messages to applicants, professionals, client dental offices, and other users for staffing and service-related purposes. Messages may include application updates, interview scheduling, onboarding reminders, credentialing reminders, shift opportunities, booking confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, staffing request updates, account notices, billing or payment notices, and support messages.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, staffing needs, requests, onboarding status, assignments, and communications with Tempo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance, or contact Tempo at info@tempodentalstaffing.com, 469-890-1978 or 737-355-1978.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or employment. Opting out of SMS may limit Tempo’s ability to send time-sensitive staffing, scheduling, onboarding, assignment, or account notifications by text.No sharing of mobile information: Tempo does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent may be shared only with service providers that help deliver messages and only as necessary to provide messaging services requested or consented to, or as otherwise required by law.


6. How We Share Information
Tempo does not sell personal information. We may share information in the following ways:* Service providers: We may share information with trusted providers that support our website, mobile app, web portal, staffing platform, payment processing, email, scheduling, phone and SMS communications, chat and support, background screening, public records checks, credentialing, payroll, I-9 and work authorization, tax administration, hosting, security, analytics, legal, accounting, insurance, collections, and compliance functions. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to Tempo or as otherwise permitted by law.

* Client dental practices: We may share professional profile information, credentials, work history, availability, assignment-related information, and other relevant staffing information with client dental practices to evaluate, coordinate, and secure staffing opportunities.
* Professionals and applicants: We may share relevant client information, assignment location, schedule, position requirements, office expectations, and contact information needed to coordinate staffing services.* Legal and compliance disclosures: We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, legal process, insurance need, safety issue, or to protect Tempo, users, clients, professionals, or the public.* Business transactions: If Tempo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections where required.* With your consent or direction: We may share information when you request, authorize, or direct us to do so.Mobile information and SMS consent are subject to the stricter non-sharing rule in Section 5.


7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
Our website, app, or portal may use cookies, pixels, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the services, remember preferences, understand traffic, improve performance, protect against fraud or misuse, and measure communications or marketing effectiveness. Some technologies may be provided by third parties.You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website, app, or portal functionality. Some browsers allow users to send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to those signals, we may not respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by law.


8. Chat and Support Communications
Tempo may use communication and support tools to manage in-app, web portal, website, email, phone, SMS, or chat communications, provide internal team visibility, respond to support requests, and maintain communication history. Chat and support tools are intended for staffing-related communications only.


9. No Patient Information or PHI in Tempo Tools
Tempo’s website, app, web portal, SMS, email, phone, chat, and support channels are for staffing-related communication only. Users should not submit patient names, patient records, treatment details, diagnoses, x-rays, medical histories, patient billing records, or other protected health information (“PHI”) through Tempo’s systems unless specifically authorized in writing and permitted by law.Client dental practices are responsible for HIPAA, patient privacy, clinical documentation, patient care, and supervision obligations within their own offices and systems.


10. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Tempo retains information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer accounts, manage applications, coordinate staffing, administer employment and payroll, comply with legal and tax obligations, maintain credentialing and screening records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and security, support insurance or workers’ compensation matters, and meet recordkeeping requirements.You may initiate account deletion through the app or portal where available, or by contacting info@tempodentalstaffing.com. If you request deletion, we will review and respond as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary or permitted for employment, payroll, tax, legal, safety, credentialing, insurance, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.


11. SecurityTempo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure systems, encrypted transmission where available, vendor controls, and internal procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Tempo cannot guarantee absolute security.


12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, a copy of certain information, restriction or objection to certain processing, opt-out of certain marketing communications, or other rights. To make a request, contact info@tempodentalstaffing.com. You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link where available or by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Tempo will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you. Some requests may be limited by legal, employment, payroll, tax, credentialing, safety, insurance, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations.


13. Children’s Privacy
Tempo’s services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to Tempo, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.


14. Third-Party Links and Services
Tempo’s website, app, portal, communications, or services may link to third-party websites or services. Tempo is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third parties that Tempo does not control.


15. Storage and Processing
Information may be stored and processed in the United States or other locations where Tempo or its service providers operate. By using the services, you understand that information may be processed in locations that may have different privacy laws than your location.
